The amount will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock. All prices on this site are DKK and includes Danish VAT. Policy: When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order.
If we should be unable to deliver the order, or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders in Denmark are shipped with GLS and DAO and are fully insured. Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-2 working days.
All orders in EU countries are shipped with GLS and are fully insured.
Delivery time in EU countries is usually 2-5 working days.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which can be used to track your order.
Shipping fee in EU countries (except Denmark) – 150 DKK
Please note that it is only Danish VAT which is included in the price. In some countries, they will put national toll on the goods. Larimar Copenhgen is not responsible for extra toll, VAT or other costs. Please note that all offers or vouchers does not apply to already discounted items. See frequently asked questions. If you wish to exchange a product into another size, etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced. Also, please enclose your receipt and a short explanation as to why you wish to return the package. NB. In case of returns or exchange of goods the shipping cost are held by the customer.
Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works, you are liable for deterioration of product value. We estimate a possible value based on a specific assessment of the returned item based on the following guidelines for impairment:
• No signs of use and the product is in original packaging: 0%.
• Lack tag: -50%
• clear use signs: -90%
• Scratches, or otherwise damaged: -100%

If you should have any complaints regarding wrong, damaged or missing items, please contact us asap: When shopping at our webshop, you have the 24-month warranty. This means that you either get the item you bought repaired or replaced, refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint/appeal must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is given to Larimar Copenhagen IVS within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified.
When you return the product, please describe the problem as fully as you can.

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like.
